As usual, I have come out of a session with Meg feeling deeply relaxed and present in my body. Her practice really tunes into what the body needs and craves, through empathetic listening and gentle guidance. Blissful.

I cannot recommend enough the myofascial release (unwinding) treatments I had with Meg!

Meg has been extremely skillful and attentive, my body responded really well in each session (went for a total of 3 across 3 weeks). It is a feeling of gentle combing in the muscle tissue, and they are releasing themselves alongside unexpected holding of deep tension in points of my stomach, mid back. My rhomboids feel like they had a deep tissue after the second session. Meg says lean into the sensation it really brought a lot out in the emotional state of the tissue too. I feel more in my body and regulated. :)) big thanks to Meg.
